BAZA KEDUNGU: Construction Accelerates Despite Rain

🏗 BAZA KEDUNGU — construction update

We’re sharing the latest news from the construction site.

Over the past week, significant progress has been made across several key construction stages:

Block 1

• piling continues in the lower part of the block
• as of now, 18 out of 42 planned piles have been driven (work had previously slowed due to heavy rains)
• fabrication of foundation beam frames has begun

Block 2

• preparatory works have been completed (reinforcement and formwork installation)
• concreting of the basement-level walls has been completed
• installation of the basement floor slab formwork has begun

Block 3

• pile head trimming has been completed
• installation of the blinding concrete base is underway

Despite the heavy rains last week, construction continues at an active pace, and the site is steadily moving on to the next stages.
