From May 1: Price Increase for Bali Baza Units

Changes from May 1 in Bali Baza projects

From May 1, there will be a planned price increase for units at Baza Kedungu.

Why? It’s simple — construction is underway, and moving fast. The first concrete has been poured, the structure is rising, and the project is no longer just on paper.

Plus, in May the NDA on the hotel operator will be lifted — and that gives the project a completely different status and, accordingly, a different price level.

Here’s what is changing:

🔹 Apartament ALT

$122 000 → $126 900

🔹 Honeymoon suite

$202 000 → $210 100

🔹 Presidential suite

$336 000 → $349 500

And one more important update — revised timelines for both projects:

📌 Kedungu and Origins — completion Q2 2027

📌 Complex launch to market with hotel operator — end of Q3 2027

The operator needs one quarter for launch after completion — standard practice.
