construction report for May 2026

In May the project moved from preparation to active construction. Pile head cutting finished, we went into the ground for foundations and started the superstructure — at Villa No.1 the ground-floor slab is poured and column rebar cages are in place.

📊 May summary

Pile head cutting is complete. Foundation cages are ready on four villas, blinding is done on two, and Villa No.1 already has its slab and column rebar. Works are on schedule.
