Origins x Bruder Indonesia: the start of a major phase

We are entering the structural construction phase for the villas, and we are doing it with a contractor we trust 100%.

Bruder Indonesia is our trusted partner with international experience. Their team will be building the villa structures at Origins.

Ahead of the start of major construction, we held a joint briefing with the Bali Baza team, the Bruder team, and the Nuanu team. The meeting focused on organizing the entire process:

• agreed on the interaction mechanism between the three parties
• defined the logistics for delivering materials to the site
• resolved worker accommodation
• established the work schedule

The main priority is to ensure construction stays strictly on schedule while creating no discomfort for Nuanu residents and guests. The city has its own rhythm of life, and we respect that.

Origins is a project within the Nuanu ecosystem, and we are building it so that it becomes an organic part of this place.
