PBG Received for Origins, Villas Sold

We have received the PBG for the Origins project.

Printing the certificate took about 1.5 months, and the original PBG is finally already in our office.

Dear partners, please share this information with clients who were waiting for the PBG — the project’s permit documentation has been obtained.

Now we are also sharing other good news from January!

During the month, we sold two Origins villas — No.1(2BR) and No.17(4BR).

We also received a deposit for villa No.12(3BR) and are currently in negotiations for villa No.14(3BR).

We would also like to note that we have another very important update ahead regarding the projects, connected with an international hotel operator. We will share the details very soon!
