🏗 ORIGINS — construction status and work progress

The preparation stage has been completed, and work is proceeding steadily without pauses.

🏗 Earthworks

Total work volume:

~8,000 m³ of soil

The plot has a complex curvilinear geometry, so a combined scheme is being used:

• excavation is being carried out on part of the site
• backfilling is being done on the remaining part

What was completed over the past week (fact):

• soil delivery and backfilling of voids — 600 m³
• soil compaction
• grading works

🪨 Piling works

• reinforced concrete piles have been ordered
• production time — 25 days
• delivery to the site — ≈ 5 days
• pile driving will start immediately after delivery

👉 Piling works will be carried out in parallel with the earthworks (approximately 2 months).

🏗 Structural works (reinforced concrete)

As soon as the first pile fields are ready, the contractor will move onto the site without delay and begin the reinforced concrete structural works.
