Monolithic Works Begin: First Concrete Poured

We poured the first concrete! The start of monolithic works has officially taken place: after completing the piling and preparatory stages, the formation of the project's load-bearing structures has begun — this is an important milestone.

📍 Construction site in Kedungu — work status

🏗 Monolithic slab at elevation -3.700 (Blocks 1–2)

• Reinforcement of the reinforced concrete slab completed
• Formwork installation completed
• Concrete pouring completed

Total pouring volume: 139 m³ of concrete

🪨 Piling works (Blocks 1 and 3)

• Pile head trimming completed

(preparation of pile heads for further monolithic works)

🌍 Foundation base preparation (Block 1)

• Foundation base filling completed

(formation of the base for the next construction stages)

What does this mean for the project?

• Construction has entered the active phase
• We are on schedule, with a good pace
• The monolithic frame has started taking shape
