We poured the first concrete! The start of monolithic works has officially taken place: after completing the piling and preparatory stages, the formation of the project's load-bearing structures has begun — this is an important milestone.

🏗 Monolithic slab at elevation -3.700 (Blocks 1–2)
- Reinforcement of the reinforced concrete slab completed
- Formwork installation completed
- Concrete pouring completed
Total pouring volume: 139 m³ of concrete
🪨 Piling works (Blocks 1 and 3)
- Pile head trimming completed
(preparation of pile heads for further monolithic works)
🌍 Foundation base preparation (Block 1)
- Foundation base filling completed
(formation of the base for the next construction stages)
