Construction on Schedule: Latest Report
We are sharing the latest work status on site:
✅ Completed
- Earthworks completed for all residential blocks (except the pool area)
- Excess soil fully removed from the site
- Storage facilities and the construction camp have been built
- Hard surfacing of access roads completed
- Permanent power supply connected
- Piles driven for the residential blocks and pool
- except for 42 piles in Block 1 (scheduled for the next stage)
- Reinforcement delivered for concrete works

- Pile cutting
- Fabrication of reinforcement cages for the foundations
📌 Planned
- Completion of driving the remaining 42 piles in Block 1
- Preparation for foundation concrete works
- Transition to the next stage of structural works
