Construction on Schedule: Latest Report

We are sharing the latest work status on site:

✅ Completed

• Earthworks completed for all residential blocks (except the pool area)
• Excess soil fully removed from the site
• Storage facilities and the construction camp have been built
• Hard surfacing of access roads completed
• Permanent power supply connected
• Piles driven for the residential blocks and pool
• except for 42 piles in Block 1 (scheduled for the next stage)
• Reinforcement delivered for concrete works

• Pile cutting
• Fabrication of reinforcement cages for the foundations

📌 Planned

• Completion of driving the remaining 42 piles in Block 1
• Preparation for foundation concrete works
• Transition to the next stage of structural works
