🔥Ramada — June 2026

Sharing a fresh update from the Ramada site in Nusa Dua.

In June, active earthworks began along with preparation of the project’s utilities infrastructure.

As of now:

• Unsuitable soil is being removed from the site — heavy machinery is operating on location.
• Excavation to lower the apartment building footprint has started — this will form the basement for technical and service rooms. This frees more space on the ground floor for common areas.
• For the test villa — the future showroom used to validate design solutions and finishes for the complex’s villas — foundation works are completed.
• Utility connections are underway: water from PDAM and electricity from PLN.
