Teus Group: Three Countries, Three Expos, One Portfolio

Teus Group closed a strong spring exhibition season — three expos across three countries. The team presented its international resort portfolio at United Property Expo in Warsaw, Belgrade and Almaty, meeting investors, partners and agencies face to face. On one stand, they brought together three of the world’s most in-demand resort markets: Turkey, Bali and the Maldives.
The season confirmed what we see in our own demand: interest in resort real estate under international management is no longer tied to where an investor lives. In each city, the same question came up — how to own an income-generating asset abroad without daily operational involvement. The answer wasn’t a single project but a unified portfolio: from flagship Radisson Resort Maldives on the Indian Ocean frontline to Ramada Nusa Dua by Wyndham and Amani Melasti in Bali, and the premium DESIRE Antalya in Turkey.
Despite different locations, visitors were focused on one thing — not the country, but who manages the asset and how.
“Behind every one of our projects stands a global hotel operator and 80 years of construction experience. This season proved that the combination — brand plus developer reputation — is what matters to investors today,” says Basel Huari, founder and CEO of Teus Group.
Spring once again showed that this approach resonates internationally, not just locally. The next meetings will follow in the autumn season — and the conversation about where resort real estate truly works for its owner is far from over.
