The project has secured and signed a Contractors All Risks (CAR) construction insurance policy. This policy covers key construction risks for the asset and third‑party liability throughout the entire build and subsequent warranty period.

What this means for the project and investors:

• The full scope of construction works and key related costs is insured.
• Third‑party liability is covered for property damage or personal injury during construction.
• The policy runs until completion plus an additional maintenance period, so risks are managed not only “while building” but also post‑handover.
• Risk is shared across multiple insurance companies, making the coverage more resilient and reliable.
