🚀Construction status update for the project
- Overall status
After receiving the building permit (PBG), the project moved into the active implementation phase. Works are proceeding as planned in line with the approved schedule.
- Earthworks
The main excavation works for the basement level have been completed. The earthworks stage for this part of the project is now closed.
- Monolithic works
At the same time, column construction is underway in another part of the complex. Works are being carried out in accordance with the project documentation and construction schedule.
- Current status and next steps
The high pace of work makes it possible to ensure a smooth transition to the next construction stages as planned. The project is progressing in a stable working mode with control over deadlines and quality.
