TERRACOTTA: Quality Above Standard, Errors Corrected

Partners, we’re sharing an important update on the TERRACOTTA project and reaffirming the project’s high quality standard.

➖A few months ago, during the pouring of the parking columns and walls, the contractor made an error in the concrete mix proportions, causing part of the concrete to fall below the minimum SNI standard of 26 MPa.

➖Thanks to independent technical supervision by Atmosphera, the issue was identified in time, after which the contractor dismantled the affected elements and carried out a new pour.

➖After a curing period of 2–3 weeks, new measurements showed a strength of 40–45 MPa, which significantly exceeds the standard and provides an even greater reliability margin for the structural elements of the future building.

🔥The conclusion is simple: human error is possible even on the best construction sites, but we do not allow compromises in quality and safety. Any deviations are corrected, and the result is brought above standard. We thank our contractors BCM Construction and Atmosphera (ATMOS) for their high professionalism.

TERRACOTTA is an investment product whose reliability we stand behind
