View Apartments Receives PBG and SLF

Dear partners,

We are pleased to share good news — the View Apartments project has received PBG and SLF.

This is an important formal milestone that confirms the property’s compliance with all requirements and records its current status.

The project is already operational: two-level lofts with ceilings up to 5 meters, thoughtful architecture, a smart home system, and a private area with a pool and lounge zone are welcoming guests. All apartments in the project have been sold.

At the moment, we are at the final stage of obtaining SLF and PBG for other ADVA Development projects and will keep you updated.
