Serenity Villas Receives Building Permit

Dear partners,

we are pleased to share good news about ADVA Development projects.

✨PBG (building permit) has been obtained for the Serenity Villas project.

Official confirmation of SLF issuance has also been received — the final document is expected in the coming days.

✨For our other projects in Canggu, the process of obtaining PBG and SLF is also at the final stage. All key steps have been completed, and the remaining formal procedures are currently being finalized within standard regulatory timeframes.
