Dear partners, we are sharing the latest project status.

✅ The official building permit (PBG) has been obtained.

✅ Structural works have been fully completed on 7 of 8 villas.

✅ Roofing works have been completed on 5 of 8 villas.

✅ MEP works have started on 2 villas.

The project is steadily moving into the engineering stage — the next key phase after completion of the structural works.
