Re:Imagined Villas Ubud 2: master plan updated, three plots available
BaliBenefit has updated the master plan and materials for the Re:Imagined Villas Ubud 2 complex in Ubud. The developer has published the current status of the plots and prices for the available villa formats.
The complex covers a plot of 2,100 m². The land lease term is 30 years, with a preferential right to extend for 25 years.
Plot status according to the master plan:
- available: B4, B8, B13;
- deposit paid: B1, B2;
- sold: B3, B5, B6, B7, B9, B10, B11, B12.
Available offers:
- B8 — one-bedroom villa, 77 m², $159,000;
- B4 — mini villa, 48 m², $145,000.
Plot B13 has a jungle view. According to the developer, it offers greater privacy and an open panorama. The following can be built on it:
- a two-bedroom villa, 112 m², $219,000;
- a three-bedroom villa, 150 m², $289,000.
The master plan also provides for a restaurant with a view, a spa and wellness center, spaces for yoga and retreats, and parking.
