The site has been prepared for the transition to the next stages of construction. Foundations for the road network have been formed. Key soil stabilization works have been completed.

• Completion of filling and soil compaction
• Start of pile driving (planned to be completed in April)
• Start of pile cutting
• Start of monolithic and foundation works for the villas on Spring Alley (upper terrace)

The project is moving from the earthworks stage into the pile and foundation stage. The pace is accelerating.
