Amani Melasti: masonry completed, wiring and plastering under way
According to the developer Teus Group, the key stages of masonry work at the Amani Melasti site were completed in September 2026. The project has moved into an active phase of engineering and finishing work.
Currently:
- masonry work on the building is fully completed;
- a showroom has been built and used to test the key technical solutions;
- electrical wiring has started in the guest rooms;
- plastering and floor screeding have begun.
The showroom is now being used to approve finishing materials for the rest of the project.
For October 2026, the developer has planned:
- installation of the VRV air-conditioning system. This is a central system in which each room can still adjust its temperature individually;
- launch of the fire safety systems: fire alarm, evacuation alerts, sprinkler system and emergency lighting, fully integrated with one another and with the building's other engineering systems;
- continued plastering and floor screeding, and preparation of the rooms for the final stage of finishing.
The developer describes October as the point where the project moves from the structural phase to active engineering and finishing work. It promises to publish the next construction progress report later.
