OceaniQ Villas Receives Building Permit

The OceaniQ Villas project (Phase Two, Nusa-Dua) has received the PBG (Persetujuan Bangunan Gedung) document — an official building permit.

Now all three OceaniQ complexes:

🩵 OceaniQ Villas (Phase One, Nusa-Dua)

🩵 OceaniQ Villas (Phase Two, Nusa-Dua)

🩵 OceaniQ View Villas (Nusa-Penida)

• officially hold PBG permits, confirming the transparency, legality, and high level of preparation at every stage.

With the permit obtained, Phase Two of OceaniQ Villas is moving into the active construction stage.

We are pleased to share this milestone with those already in the project. Next comes construction. The following step is the result.
