Oceaniq to raise prices on all units by up to 5% from 15 November 2026
Developer Oceaniq has announced a price increase on all OceaniQ units. The new prices will take effect on 15 November 2026.
According to the developer, the increase will be up to 5%. The exact size of the increase for different units has not been disclosed.
Until 15 November 2026, current prices remain in force.
Oceaniq has three complexes in its catalogue:
- OCEANIQ 1, Nusa Dua, under construction
- OCEANIQ 2, Nusa Dua, under construction
- Nusa Penida, Nusa Penida, under construction
