Minori Construction 70% Complete

MINORI — CONSTRUCTION PROGRESS REPORT

We’re pleased to share the latest updates from the Minori construction site. Works remain on schedule, and overall construction progress has reached 70%. 🚀

During the reporting period, works were carried out across multiple villas and the project’s engineering infrastructure.

🔹 Villas 1 and 2 — MEP works carried out.

🔹 Villa 3 — porcelain tile installation completed, pipe soundproofing installed, ceiling skim coat applied, and site cleaning completed.

🔹 Villa 4 — plastering of concrete surfaces completed.

🔹 Villa 5 — pump station construction continues; decorative painting, plaster works, and electrical installation carried out.

🔹 Villa 6 — plaster works on concrete surfaces carried out.

🔹 Villas 7–11 — MEP works, wall leveling, and decorative painting carried out.

📊 A total of 36 construction tasks were completed during the period, confirming steady project execution and active progress across all key areas.

With MEP, finishing, and decorative works running in parallel, Minori is steadily moving toward completion and has now reached 70% readiness. 🏝️✨
