In December 2025, we launched our own MEP laboratory — an important milestone in the company’s development and in strengthening control over engineering systems across all projects.

Our MEP laboratory is a specialized production space where we pre-assemble and test key elements of engineering systems, including:

• electrical panels;
• water supply manifold units.

What this gives projects and investors:

✔️ quality control of engineering solutions even before installation on the construction site;

✔️ reduced risk of errors and rework;

✔️ faster installation works;

✔️ proper load distribution among all consumers; ✔️ improved technology and easier future maintenance;

✔️ enhanced operational safety.

All units undergo preliminary assembly and testing in the laboratory, after which they are delivered to the site ready-made.
