ARDHANA: construction update from May 6
🏗️ Sharing the latest updates from the ARDHANA construction site as of May 06, 2026!
🏢 Building A:
- Ground & 1st floor: Main MEP and rough finishing works are completed! 💪 Final finishing has started, window lintels and sink bases have been installed.
- 2nd floor: Wall partitions are completed, rough wall finishing has begun.
- Rooftop: We continue constructing the columns.
🏢 Building B:
- Ground Floor: Waterproofing of the retaining wall is completed, slab works and MEP installation are underway.
- 1st floor: Masonry and MEP are completed! Rough finishing is 70% complete, moving on to final finishing. Installation of sink bases is in progress.
- 2nd floor: The columns have reached design strength, and slab concreting is actively underway.
🛠️ General construction works:
- Septic tank: Nearing completion.
- Stairs 🪜: Work continues on three types! The spiral staircase is 80% complete (preparing for concreting), and formwork works have started for the L-shaped stairs.
