(for a girl / woman only) A bright, cozy house is available on a shared villa with two separate houses. It feels completely private — the houses do not touch, there is space between them, and the neighbor is neither visible nor audible. 💰 Price 5.5 million IDR / month Utilities are paid separately: • electricity ~500k IDR (depending on air conditioner usage) • drinking water 19L - 25k • gas (about once every 2 months) - 30k (Water and gas are delivered by the cleaners on request — convenient, no need to carry anything yourself) 🏡 About the house • separate bedroom • private kitchen • spacious covered bathroom with water heater (an actual bathtub, not just a shower) • additional room (can be used as storage / office / altar space / massage room) • private terrace with rain curtains • private area by the pool (the pool is shared, but very large — comfortable to swim near your house) The house is fairly new (3 years old), the owners are very reasonable and respond quickly to any questions. While I lived here, they fixed the shower head and the air conditioner, installed great new rain curtains on the terrace, repainted the walls, and rearranged the room interior — all upon request. Cleaning once a week, with bed linen and towel change included. Wi-Fi is available, with good speed for work. Basic kitchenware is available. There is a kettle. 🌿 Location Rice field area — quiet, beautiful, with a long walking route for strolls! To Moksa Ubud, Vespa Café/Healthy Ubud/Schauberger — within walking distance. (20 minutes on foot, 5 minutes by bike) In the mornings, you can see Mount Agung from the terrace at sunrise (and at sunset too) Access is only by bike (it is impossible to get in by car). Covered parking for a bike right at the entrance. ✨ Atmosphere A very warm, lived-in space with a sense of privacy. Suitable for a woman who values silence, light, and space for herself.
