12% annual return or developer buyback

Good afternoon, dear partners. In the new year, we decided to offer you and your investors a special offer for the Seafora project. As the developer, we are confident in the economics of our project, so we are launching a limited guarantee option and taking the risk on ourselves. If the property does not deliver a return of at least 12% annually during the first 24 months, DM Projects will buy the property back on pre-agreed and fixed terms. What the investor gets: • minimum 12% annually or a guaranteed exit • capital protection during the first 2 years • a transparent and clear scenario • this condition is officially written into the contract The conclusion is simple: the investor earns — or we buy back the property.
