Black Sands Oasis to hold closed auction for collectible unit

Developer UNIT. has announced a closed auction for a unit in the Black Sands Oasis complex in Nyanyi. According to the developer, this sales model is being launched in Bali for the first time. The auction will run from 15 October to 15 November 2026. The unit is the only one of its kind in the complex. The developer describes it as a property with a special concept and location, designed for exclusive living and VIP stays. According to the developer, it carries one of the highest prices per square metre on the island. How the auction works: - participants submit applications and pay a deposit; - bidding starts from a set starting price; - the price rises in fixed increments.
