Around Lyvin Gardens: sports, beaches, infrastructure
Infrastructure update: what is being built near Lyvin Gardens
We are watching how quickly the area around Lyvin Gardens is gaining quality infrastructure. It is encouraging to see the development focus shifting toward an active lifestyle and sports.
Surfing
The scenic Nyang Nyang beach is 6 minutes by bike;
The iconic Uluwatu Beach is just 14 minutes by bike.
Padel and tennis
Just 200 meters from the complex (a couple of minutes on foot), a large complex with padel courts is nearing completion. Another sports hub with tennis and padel is being built 1 kilometer from us.
For Lyvin Gardens, this is a strategic advantage.
Sports and walking enthusiasts, surfers, as well as guests for whom peace and quiet and a high level of service are important, are the project's key target audience.
