ESCROW — VIBE adopts the international transaction standard
On February 12, VIBE completed its first transaction through Escrow.
This is not just a sale. It is a move to a new level of financial discipline.
We are implementing an international investor protection practice:
- control over the movement of funds
- staged construction financing
- transparent transaction structure
- bank support
Escrow is not an option. It is a sign of a developer’s maturity and the market’s development.
Bali is changing. The market is maturing. And we believe investor protection should be the standard, not the exception.

How the model works:
1️⃣ A contract is signed with construction stages and a payment schedule
2️⃣ The bank opens a separate escrow account for the specific contract
3️⃣ A tripartite agreement is signed (buyer – developer – bank)
4️⃣ Funds are placed in the escrow account
5️⃣ The bank transfers tranches to the developer only after confirmation that the stages have been completed
