TEUS Group Launches a New Resort in the Maldives
Dear partners!
We are pleased to share important news: TEUS Group has officially signed a land plot on Thulusdhoo Island (Maldives) for the development of a new international-level resort project.
The documents have been approved in cooperation with the island’s local authorities, opening the way for the implementation of a large-scale hotel and resort complex in one of the most promising locations in the Indian Ocean.
The project will be created in partnership with a well-known international hotel operator, ensuring a high level of service, professional management, and global appeal for investors and tourists.
We are proud to expand TEUS Group’s geography and establish a new flagship destination in the Maldives — with enormous potential for the international real estate and hospitality market.
In the near future, we will share additional information about the concept, investment format, and terms of cooperation.
Thank you for growing with us!
