New Construction Photos and New EDEM Villas

We’d like to share new photos from the EDEM I construction site. The project is progressing according to plan and schedule.

By the way, we have opened sales for 2 new villas in this complex:

• 2-bedroom with a pool, rooftop, and spacious terrace for $359,000.

The planned completion date for the 1-bedroom villa is September 2026, and for the 2-bedroom villa, July 2027.
