📗 PBG-510302-25112023-01 — is at the final stage of approval.

The project also has new terms:

✅ The first payment has been approved — 25%

✅ Installment payments are tied to the construction schedule — each payment corresponds to a completed stage, making the process максимально transparent for investors.

⚠️ A price increase for all unit categories is planned from November 10, 2025.
