Lyvin Melasti: Construction Nearly Complete

🏗️Lyvin Melasti Apartments construction report for March 2026

Colleagues, we are sharing the March construction report with you.

Please note that the month took place during Ramadan; however, despite this, we managed to maintain the pace and move forward on key stages.

• The complex grounds are close to completion: the entrance area and parking are being finalized
• The office building is fully completed, the reception area is 90% ready
• The residential building is completed, public areas are 80% ready, unit furnishing is underway
• The public pool has been fully completed and all engineering equipment has been installed
• The passenger elevator has been launched, corridors are 70% completed
• Soft opening is scheduled for the end of July.

The last remaining unit 16 is still available for sale — an opportunity to enter the project at the final stage and start generating returns in the coming months.
