Colleagues, we are sharing our construction report for the Lyvin Gardens complex for March.

Key updates for March:

• The complex is taking on a clear architectural silhouette
• Line A: the first-floor structure is complete
• Line B: roofs are fully completed
• Line C: brick walls have been erected
• Line D: roof covering installation is nearing completion
• The pool area is close to completion

• A change of contractor for finishing works is underway: an audit and handover of the construction stage are currently in progress
• The start of finishing works is scheduled for next month

Plans for April:

• Installation of engineering systems
• Waterproofing
• Plastering works
