The key advantage of Jey Grey is strictly fixed construction deadlines, backed by the developer’s financial responsibility.
In case of a delay in project completion, guaranteed yield compensation applies for the investor:
- delay up to 6 months — 4% per annum
- over 9 months — 6% per annum
- over 12 months — 10% per annum
This means that after the deadline, the investment begins to generate guaranteed returns until the actual handover of the property.
