The main fear of an investor in an emerging market is the developer’s misuse of funds. At Vibe Development, we solved this issue decisively by implementing an escrow account system.

Freezing of funds: Your money is held in a special bank account, not by the developer.

Stage-by-stage payments: The bank transfers funds to us in tranches (for example, 30%) only after the construction stage is actually completed and the acceptance documents are signed.

Control: The bank acts as a guarantor that the funds go specifically to your property and are not “shifted” to other projects.
