Indonesia Discusses Tax Incentives for Family Offices

This was reported by The Jakarta Post. The discussion is about creating conditions for family offices, but the initiative is raising doubts.

Representatives of the National Economic Council said that risk assessment is underway, along with discussions of legislative and governance aspects. The finance minister warned that the project must not be funded from the state budget; initiator Luhut Pandjaitan insists that financing will come from private investors and includes tax incentives to attract capital.
