Facade Works Underway at Just Residence

Facade cleaning has begun at Just Residence. The first results clearly show how effective the work is—exteriors are changing before your eyes.

During the rainy season, the facade developed natural staining and biological growth typical of Bali’s tropical climate. After professional cleaning, it now looks fresh and nearly like new.

This is part of a planned program to enhance the complex and a sign that the project is active and progressing.

These improvements also reflect the broader trend in Bali real estate, with the market gradually recovering after a challenging period.
