Bali Real Estate Boom: Prices and Returns Rise

Indonesian outlet PancarPOS noted on October 28 that Bali’s commercial property price index rose to 124.26 in Q2 2025 (115.28 a year earlier), while revenue from the real estate sector in June 2024 totaled about 142 million USD. In popular areas (Canggu, Seminyak, Uluwatu, Ubud), land and villa prices are increasing by 10–15% per year, and villa rental yields are reaching 12–20% annually. Entrepreneur Komang Jimmy links this growth to the tourism boom and the influx of digital nomads, emphasizing the importance of sustainable construction and respect for the island’s culture.
