A tower crane has been installed on the plot 🏗️

This means we are officially moving into the active construction phase — the very moment when the project becomes максимально понятным и предсказуемым для инвесторов.

What matters for your clients:

1️⃣ PBG will be obtained in mid-December.

The documents are already at the final stage, and this is a key moment for the project's value growth.

2️⃣ Special terms before PBG:

10% down payment — refundable if, for any reason, PBG is not obtained.

This gives clients a secure entry into the project and locks in the current price.

20% — upon obtaining PBG. Then a quarterly payment schedule until construction is completed

3️⃣ After PBG is issued, the price of all units will increase by 10%.

That is exactly why now is the best time to enter the deal on the most favorable terms.
