What it means for buyers: if wages rise sharply, villa staff get more expensive — cleaning, garden, pool, security. When you run the yield numbers, allow for higher staff costs, and check with the management company who pays them.‌‍‍‌‍‍‍‍‌‍‌‌‌‍‍‍‌‍‍‌‍‌‌‌‌‌‍‌‍‍‌‍‌‌‍‌‍‍‌‍‌‌‌‌‌‍‍‌‍‍‌‌‍‌‍‍‌‍‌‌‍‌‌‌‍‍‍‌‌‍‌‍‌‍‌‍‍‌‌‍‌‍‌‌‍‌‌‍‌‍‍‌‌‌‍‌‌‍‌‌‍‍‌‌‍‍‍‌‌‌‌‍‍‌‍‌‌‍‌‌‍‌‌‍‍‌‌‍‍‌‍‍‌‌‍‌‌‌‌‌‍‌‍‌‌‌‌‍‌‌‍‌‌‍‌‌
