The documents have been approved in cooperation with the island’s local authorities, opening the way for the implementation of a large-scale hotel and resort complex in one of the most promising locations in the Indian Ocean.

The project will be created in partnership with a well-known international hotel operator, ensuring a high level of service, professional management, and global appeal for investors and tourists.
