RAMADA Nusa Dua: January Construction Progress

🔥We’re sharing January updates from the RAMADA Nusa Dua construction site.

🔹Excavation works for the apartment building foundation pit have been completed on site. Following the completion of earthworks, the project has moved to the next stage of construction site preparation.

🔹Preparatory works are currently underway: connecting the construction site to the PLN power grid, organizing water supply through PDAM, and beginning works on the permanent fencing of the complex.

🔹At the same time, construction site setup is in progress — building a workers’ camp and construction headquarters, and creating the necessary infrastructure for the next stages of project implementation.

🔹Work on design and approval of the working documentation is also continuing simultaneously.
