"π¬ Question from a fellow broker:
The client entered the deal, and 3 months later the developer offered an upgrade β to increase the area. At first the client refused, but the broker reworked the option, convinced the client, and agreed the terms. The deal grew by +30%.
When the broker requested commission on this difference, the developer replied that it was a "technical matter" and they would not pay.
The broker believes: without his work, the upgrade would not have happened, which means it is a full additional sale and commission should be accrued.
