"🔥🔥🔥 For everyone living in Bali without insurance I tested Genki insurance myself with a visit to 911 Dental clinic. They reimbursed the money within a month. I was lazy and only used the insurance through the special AirDoctor app, where you could see a doctor without filling out paperwork. Booked, visited, left — the insurer handled everything. That option is gone now. But the downside was that the clinics in the app, including in Ubud, were not great. I went to a really good clinic, got all the necessary documents there.
